One of our Orphan Sites projects under an environmental contract with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, this site was cleaned up under an EPA Brownfields Grant.
To remove site hazards, contaminated soil was excavated for off-site disposal, and a dilapidated boiler house was demolished. Our work supports the potential redevelopment of the site with commercial, residential, and recreational facilities.
